A Day at the Singapore Zoo!

Weeks before the trip I've been thinking of places to visit which my son will enjoy. First thing that comes to mind is the zoo since he loves animals, all kinds! I visited Singapore Zoo once when I was 12 years old. I don't remember much from my first trip so after 11 years I visited it once more.

We took the bus which is easier and cheaper. It was a single 30 minutes trip and the little boy fell asleep on the bus since we left early so we can go see every animal in the zoo which by the way is MANY. 200+ species of animals and I don't think we saw everything!

                                                          The entrance

                                           Daddy having fun with Jaden

We had lunch after taking this picture so we could roam around nonstop. We ate at KFC and bought our tickets after ($22 for adults). Jaden's admission is free (Children below 3 years old are free). And it applies to everywhere we go so it's quite nice.

After entering we took pictures of every animal we saw and here are some:

                                                    The white tigers swimming.

                                                  The great Rhinoceros.

The elephant (sorry for the grainy picture)

                                                               The Tapir.

                                                             The Lion.

                                             Jaden had a great time.

And he fell asleep 3 hours after :)

We checked the schedule and watched their featured shows.

                                               They have the wilderness show.

While watching, little one is so attentive!

The Animal Show is great for kids.

It was a very tiring day but the important thing is the little one enjoyed :)

P.S: Remember to bring a mosquito patch or lotion, we FORGOT :(
